China Glaze - Zombie Zest - This is from China Glaze's 2010 Halloween Collection "Awakening". This is a slime green micro glitter polish. Its very sheer and takes four coats for opacity. But the application is very nice and smooth.

But wait - add a little China Glaze Goulish Glow and we have glow blood nails :)
