10-31-11 - Today's Hallomani

Happy Halloween everyone. I'm kind of disappointed with my final Halloween mani but it is what it is.

I started with water marbling using OPI Atomic Orange, OPI Funky Dunkey and Wet N Wild Black Creme and topped it off with some stamping using Bundle Monster plate BM225 with Konad stamping polish in white.

10-27-11 - Today's Hallowmani

I went with a little stamping for today's mani


Nubar - Black Chrome - This is a black shimmer matte. It has good coverage in two coats. I used OPI Rapid Dry top coat on it for this mani

10-26-11 - Pink Wednesday

Its finally starting too cool down, finally, I hope it stays this way now, and not go right back to 100 next week. Anyway now down to the serious business, nails :)

China Glaze - Nasty - This is a raspberryish pink with alot of purple to it. Nice coverage and application.

China Glaze - Haunting. This is a black with silver glitter from this year's Halloween collection. This goes on very nice and is a two coat polish. It has tons of glitter. I'm really liking it.

The added some skull stickers for fun.

10-25-11 - Today's Hallomani

Today I have a dripping slime mani

China Glaze - Electric Pineapple - This is a neon green polish. Nice application and coverage

China Glaze - Zombie Zest - This is a slimey green glitter from last year's Halloween collection. Its bit jelly like and the removal is very easy.

10-22-11 = Today's Hallomani

So for today I thought I'd do a little stamping for my Hallomani

Essie - Vermillionaire - This is a dark orange cream. Its a little streaky and thin but was good to go in three coats and the color is great

10-20-11 - Today's Hallomani

I tried my hand using nail art paint for this mani. I'm slowly but surely getting the hang of it.

OPI - Skull & Glossbones - This is a taupey gray creme I used as the base. This polish has great coverage and application

Sinful Colors Nail Art Paint in Orange Alert

And I added a little spider sticker

10-19-11 - Pink Wednesday

I have two Pink Wednesday manis for you today. One Hallowmani and one not. So we'll start with the non-Hallowmani.

In addition to October being the month of Halloween, it is also breast cancer awareness month. This mani is a reminder to all of the ladies to be sure to do your self exam every month and if your over 40 get your mammogram once a year. So now onto the mani.

OPI - Concrete Catwalk - This is a dark gray creme. This polish has great application and coverage, its a one coat polish.

Then I topped it off with a little pink ribbon using a Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen in Light Pink.




Today's Hallomani is OPI DS Opulence. This is an awesome medium pink with lots of scattered holo glitter. I love this polish. And I added a little ghost sticker for a bit of scariness :)

10-15-11 = Today's Hallomani

Well it sure isn't feeling much like Fall or Halloween around here, with it still being 100 degrees around here, but for today's Hallowmani I have

Orly - Orange Punch - This a a bright almost neon orange. Good coverage and application. This polish dries matte but for this mani I used Seche Vite topcoat

Orly - Goth - This is a black polish with silver micro glitter. It has good coverage and application, it has so-so glitter delivery.

The I added a little bat sticker

10-13-11 = Today's Hallomani

For today's Hallomani we have

OPI - Got the Blues for Red - This is a blood blood red polish. Great coverage and application, I love this color, I'm thinking its my new favorite red. I added a subtle little black widow sticker just for fun.

10-8-11 = Today's Hallowmani

I actually have two manis for you. First yesterday's mani. I've been seeing for the last few years alot of purple in the Halloween decoration section of the stores. So yesterday I went with a black and purple mani since my son's death metal band a show last night, and I think it still kinda fits in to to the Halloween theme.

Claw Polish - Sinister - This is a black creme. It has great coverage and application and is super shiny without a topcoat, although here I used Out the Door. I like this black almost as much as I like Wet N Wild Black Creme and it comes in a cute coffin shaped bottle.

Nubar - Violet Sparkles - What I can I say about this polish. It has to be the best purple glitter I have ever used





Today's Mani

China Glaze - Peachy Keen - This is a light orange creme. Its a little thin with the first coat being pretty streaky, but a second coat does the trick and its good to go.

China Glaze - Black Mesh - This is a black crackle. The crackle effect came out really well on this one.

10-6-11 - Today's Hallomani

So for today we have

Wet N Wild -Black Creme - I think I've said all I can say about this one

Fantasy Maker - Creepy Pumpkin - This is a Halloween polish in a cute tombstone shaped bottle. Its a sheer orange jelly with micro glitter. It has good coverage and application although it looks a little yellow over the black.

10-5-11 - Pink Wednesday

We have a pink Hallomani for Pink Wednesday

China Glaze - Pink Voltage - This is a neon pink shimmer. This polish is really bright. It has nice coverage and application. It dries matte.

I added a little bat sticker from Kiss' Halloween stickers.

10-2-11 - Today's Hallomani

First I want to give a shout out to ThatsSoFresh for the intel on the Claw Polish, I've been looking for it for a few years now, and although I didn't find a replacement for the color I'm almost out of, I did pick up a couple of new colors, one of which is today's Hallowmani.

Claw Polish - Phantom - This is a gray shimmer with multi-colored micro glitter. The application and coverage on this polish is very good, although wielding the brush is a little awkward because of how big the top is. But over all I really like these polishes.

10-1-11 - Today's Hallomani

For my first Halloween theme mani I went for a black and orange jelly sandwich.

OPI - Y'all Come Back Ya Hear - This is an orange sorbet polish from the Texas collection. It has nice application and coverage

L.A. Girl - Uninhibited - This is a black glitter polish. I love this polish. The glitter has great delivery from the brush to the nail.
