Dry Marbling and Shatter - Vivicide Nails

I did this mani for a Vivicide Show.

I did dry marbling with Wet N Wild White Creme, Nubar Stronghold and Nubar Barricade and then used OPI Black Shatter on top of it.

Vans Nails

I got some cool white tiger Vans awhile back and got around to doing a mani to match.

I used Nubar Stronghold (I love this polish. I wish Nubar was more readily available), Wet N Wild White Creme and Wet N Wild Black Creme

OPI Amazon...Amazoff

This is OPI Amazon...Amazoff from the new Brazil collection. This is the polish I was looking forward to the most. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bit of disappointed. The color is great, good application and coverage, but when I took it off, my hands were stained for days afterward. I couldn't get it off for anyone's business. Not even with pure acetone.

Now we're all caught up. For this one I used, Nubar Black Chrome, China Glaze Hologram and Finger Paints Well Cultured Pearl. The stick is Ghost Trails by Eaduard Hairsticks

Argyle Mani

My first attempt at an argyle mani is to match what I'm wearing to work. It didn't turn out very well so I just did an accent nail. I don't usually go in for the accent nails, but this one kind of overwhelmed me.

Nubar Black Polka Dots and Sally Girl Pumpkin

Its October 1st, so get ready for a lot and I mean a lot of black and orange cuz from now until the end of the month, every mani I do will be a Halloween mani. I mean not sure if I can pull of a mani a day for 31 days, but however many I do will be all Halloweeny.

So to start us off I have Nubar Black Polka Dots on top of Sally Girl Pumpkin. Topped with Seche Vite

Leopard Nails

So I got a new top today and of course had to do matching nails. Here is my first attempt at leopard nails. Nubar Barricade, Wet N Wild Black Creme and Essie Cashmere Bathrobe. Topped with Seche Vite. And the shirt of course. :)

Water Slide Decals

So last week I ordered some water slide paper. It arrived today and my first attempt at making nail decals is in honor of Shark Week.

I used Nubar Barricade and Essie Aruba Blue (and yes those are supposed to be waves and water :) ). Topped with Seche Vite

Milani Purple Streak and Nubar Barricade

Nubar - Barricade - This is a concrete gray creme. Nubar is one of my favorite brands, I just wish it was more readily available. Anyway good coverage and application.

Milani - Purple Streak - Milani has jumped on the textured bandwagon. This is one is a little bit different than the Zoya PixieDust and the OPI Liquid Sand. It has a very pronounced matte textured but it does not have glitter. It does have small granules that make it look like the side of a house. I really like this one. Milani is offering six colors in their textured collection.
